Disneyland
The happiest place on earth, my husband and I have made our childhood dream came true this was a special achievement for us and we are sharing the dream with our 3 beautiful children. And this year was a very special milestone as well for Disney as they are celebrating their 60th year a Diamond celebration.
A truly magical place to be , I don't think i can write much as I am just lost for words . Today we have tried turkey legs ( we forget to take photo before it turned into a gross carcass), we have been to many rides the one that takes a lot of time on the que was the haunted mansion but it was well worth it .
It a story ride about the Nightmare before Christmas ,a two seater ride took us around the haunted mansion , it went through the dining hall we saw holographic ghost dancing and smell the delicious christmas feast , This ride was not just movement but a trick to all the senses.
We have been kicked out of the terror mountain as Janella started screaming even before the ride started , the attendant have to pull our car out of the tracks and we are taken together with a dozen of not so happy passengers ! awkward moments as we made our way out while the rest made their way back to the line ( it took us 1 1/2 hours to reach this point). While this was not the scariest ride , the scariest was the one she liked " It's a small world " boat ride with dolls moving in the tune of that song . As you get out of the ride the song got stuck on our ears for a good half hour.
The paint the night parade was a special as it is made for Disney's 60th Celebration . We made our way to the front of the castle and my hubby and held each others hand as we witness the amazing light show with all the disney movie soundtrack followed by fireworks . Tears of joy rolled down my cheeks it was a truly a magical experience.
