KFC - Korean Fried Chicken !

Eastwood NSW postcode 2122 is the home of the most creative Korean bakeries, groceries and fried chicken. A weekend destination for food lovers like us there's plenty to eat in this neighborhood. We started with Incredible Chicken.

Chicken tenders with honey mustard sauce

Kimbab ( traditional korean rice roll , don't you dare call it sushi)

Soy Sauce Chicken, snow chicken wing ( last one standing ) and the Incredible Gang jung ( sweet and sour ). The snow chicken was our favourite, no 2 was the soy sauce while the incredible Gangjung is the last one on our list . But we dont like wasting food , we ate it till the last piece and our tongues are burning from the chili . So we walked to the nearest fire station, we mean Eastwood station were Yogurberry is located.

Yogurberry is one of the most fun frozen yoghurt shop, here's how it works , first you take a cup then pick the flavour of the self served frozen yoghurt then you top it with as many toppings you like . Then you grab plenty of spoons to share this yummy yoghurt with the whole family.

Now are tongues have cooled them by these creamy cold treat . We walked around and visited a few Korean grocery shops, Korean snacks are amazing some have cutest shapes and delicious flavours , we like it better than our local chips as we find it less salty.

Our final stop today was Pishon patisserie , they are famous for their watermelon rose cake, a little work of art . It contains layers of delicate soft sponge , cream and watermelon garnished with rose petals. The cake is so light and refreshing.

Im a proud supporter of Asian bakeries , the cakes are not sickly sweet and the have the most amazing light and fluffy icing .
