Las Vegas

We have left Anaheim and rode the bus to Las Vegas the seven hours journey to the dessert was our longest time to sit down and catch up on sleep.

The drive was like crazy dream we have travelled through a very long road wide open skies and dessert on both windows. The suddenly down the horizon is like a mirage of a city with towers in different forms ? Wake up were in Vegas !

The Strip is the avenue filled with amazing hotels , the hotels are very different from what we have in Sydney where you just eat and sleep. Each hotels have a theme , a shopping mall , restaurants , theatre and of course gaming rooms for big people !( casino ) .

I thought that we can't do shopping in Las Vegas I always picture it at as glamorous city with high end stuff. But really there's a lot of " normal stores" . We have the first experience of shopping at H & M at Caesars Palace, we picked up kids summer clothes for $2 ! what a bargain.

Were supposed to be hotel hopping and going to seafood city to meet my mom's friend who owns a bakery in the Old Las Vegas , however Jet had started getting weak . He had fever and we decided to skip the rest of the tour and just keep him in the hotel room. We tried to keep his fever down and prevented him from dehydrating , it's like a crazy room party with cocktails round the clock as we try to mix the panadol with juice , soft drinks , flavoured water.

With being sick we just eat whatever's nearby and thankfully there is Coco's bakery next door , the pecan pie was delicious.
